  1. This goes along with the Buddhist idea, that life is a learned reality. Everything we know we have been taught what it is. Can we unlearn this reality?

  2. Good question, it certainly makes us appreciate the moment and try not to impose or engage our thought processes on a situation. So with practice one can fully appreciate reality and experience things as they are, not what we think they are/

  3. I keep thinking of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, read most of it but never got to the end, talks a lot about reality and truth. Yes you can never escape our thoughts only our reaction to them. My friend is learning Tibetan Buddhism. she talks a lot about levels of perception
