This hideous pandemic has clearly shown that the earth and humanity are interconnected and dependent on each other for survival. Different nations, animals, plants, the climate – we all need each other. There is no room for selfishness, cheap nationalism and bigotry. The World Wide Web is not just on the internet but everywhere.
Also people are going back to valuing the “local” through: local self isolation support networks, finding local and farm shops well stocked compared to relatively empty shelves on supermarkets, to taking enforced local walks, with one friend looking again at ancient trees in their neighbourhood

Absolutely true! Hope you’re faring well in the midst of this. I’m grateful to be in a small town and still be able to go outside for a walk and breathe the fresh air! Sending best wishes to you!❤️

Thanks so much Meg. Yes, these are frightening times and it’s better to be away from the cities. I’m coping as well as can be expected and pleased to hear you are also. I find that in times of crisis creativity can be a therapeutic outlet so we are amongst the lucky ones. Stay safe. X
