Struggling at the moment to keep going through the day. Very little sunlight in my part of the world this time of year as it gets dark at 3pm which doesn’t help sleep patterns. I take a nap to recharge my energy levels along with my cat! How about you? Do you have any tips?
Ah ok, it gets dark here around 4pm or before… Taking a nap with your cat sounds good company!
I meditate with my eyes shut, I pray, I take a break from screens, I don’t eat or drink past 7pm, make sure I have a cosy bed… but if I can’t sleep I just work on my blog, write etc until the sun rises and maybe sleep during the day briefly… it is not fun at all….. Do you get much sleep?
Taking a break from screens is great advice but I find it so hard to do. 🤯 I find listening to audiobooks very soothing and helps me drift off. On a bad night I sleep only 3 or 4 hours but make up for it another time. I suppose it’s best not to worry about how much we sleep as bi-phasic or even multi phasic sleep patterns were considered normal pre-industrialisation. Hope you have a good night tonight!😴

Lack of normal routine and worry due to the Pandemic is probably one cause for some of us.
